Anyway, i'm not a master-critic, but I think it's good.

As in the Zoroark talk was in the 5th Gen On the way thread.

I think it's pretty good. Although I don't think it's really worth it's own thread ._. you couldv'e posted this banner in cbox or something.

The background is very bland imo. It looks like you just used a gradient and stroked a very short line. The render has a meh resolution and the text could be better. It looks like you just took a gradient of that brick pattern and black, stroked a short line, got a picture of Zoroark, rendered it, slapped it on and added some text.

It's supposed to look like a scenery. Like at night the cops are looking for it. The cops find it in an ally.

Also what the freak is wrong with the text?

It's boring. No effects on it or anything. It's better than Comic Sans, yes, but still pretty boring. It's also a bit small. And the bg is still shitty. Why the fuck would the coppers be searching for it?

Something got fucked-up with the render. The text is hard-to-read and there are no effects on the render or text whatsoever.

Photoshop doesn't allow you too put effects on the text. 0.o

Yes it does.. You just have to merge the layers and select the text with the magic whatever tool.

Oh goooodd, I use photoshop too, it's pretty easy to put effects on text!! Colours, effects, renders, pretty everything you could do in a real picture.

Well what version of Photoshop do you have...I have photoshop elements.

Elements is a terrible version of Photoshop. Just use Gimp.
