Title: Which pokemon most deserves an evo in 5th gen?

im not sure of which one deserves an evo, but i think Farfetch'd and Torkoal are probably the better choices, also moar eeveelutions would be kinda cool

Either Farfetch'd or Pachirisu. Farfetch'd is to weak, it definatly needs an Evolution. But in the other hand, Pachirisu will look better then Raichu. :pikachu:

I honestly don't think many of those need an evolution but it couldn't hurt at all.
