hey guys, yes im building an uber free team because i am unable to trade via wi-fi (for now) and i don´t have anything else to do, can somebody rate it?

OK thats it, please recommend me items, attack changes, NOT the natures (because i only have 2 non-neutral-natured dittos), EV spread and the 6th member (who i´m thinking of a bulky water or a wall that CAN give damage to the oponent), and im also thinking of take out blissey
Oh and also does somebody knows a non-rare pokemon that appears in the wild in platinum that gives attack and speed EVs?

Well, you're lacking a decent speical sweeper. Also, I would remove Blissey for Milotic, whose Defense is much better.
For a special sweeper, I would go with Gengar, because of its great Speed and Attack stats. It also makes a decent Rapid Spin blocker, although you don't have any Spikers / Rockers (lolwut) on your team.
As strange as it may sound, I would Scarf Gengar. Mainly for those other Scarfed pokemon, and also things like DD Gyarados.

Gengar@Choice Scarf
Nature: Modest
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
-Hidden Power [Ice] / [Fire]
4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe

With a Choice Scarf, Gengar can outspeed pretty much everything.
Shadow Ball provides STAB, while Thunderbolt and Focus Blast help deal with Gyarados, Heatran and Ttar, respectively.
Hidden Power Ice murders Salamence, while Fire crushes Scizor. I would personally go with Fire here, but it can be dangerous if your opponent predicts it and switches into Heatran, who can absorb it and OHKO you with Fire Blast.

Well, what about if i give starmie 126 evs in hp and sp attack and then give the rest to speed?
Also for the gengar ill try to get one with those characteristics, and i will change the blissey for a milotic as you suggested.
BTW i am also thinking of a wish eeveelution to replace someone from here, but im not sure...

That should be fine.
If you do wanna go with a Wish Eeveelution, then go with Vaporeon or Umbreon. But I would go with Vaporeon, because of its ability.

To be honest this team is pretty unbalanced...And feeled with OU's....

1. How is that unbalanced, he has 1 physical sweeper, 1 special sweeper, 2 mixed attackers, 1 special tank, and an open slot for 1 physical tank if he so wishes.

2. Don't give Lucario Vaccum Wave or Psychic OR Dragon Pulse
