No posts, no presence, nothing. He just came here to promote his forum shamelessly in a way that he can't be thrown the book at because he's not confident that he's going to be well received. These are the type of people who don't deserve to use the PM system before they get a certain number of posts. We'll only have these; it's ridiculous.

Yes, I think the PM system should only be allowed to those who have more than 20 posts. Also, people who are banned/temp-banned should not be allowed to use the PM system.

Though I havnt recived one of those, I agree with Katra! So i'll see if I can stop him/her/them from using the PM system untill they have at least 20 or so posts. if they start to spam for their PM use, one of the mod's will be able to delete it. Simples :)
