You missed out a load of legendaries! i.e. the birds and the beasts and the Latis and Celebi and the regis and the fairy trio and Cresselia and Manaphy and Phione and Heatran!

arceus has the highest base stats combined and it can change into any type but mew can learn any type of move... anyway i prefer arceus

ARCEUS SUCKS! he's a major rip-off from mew. Anyways, mew can transform into any pokemon with the move and learn all tm/hm moves! MEW MADE THE WORLD MEW MADE ARCEUS!
